She (go) goes to school by bus. He (watch) watches television in the evening. They (play) play football on Sundays.
2) Turn into the negative form, without any contracted form:
I like chocolate. => I do not like chocolate. He works hard. => He does not work hard. She is English. => She is not English.
3) Past simple,complete the sentences without any contracted form:
She (go) went to London. They (play) played tennis. He (write) wrote a letter.
4) Turn into the negative form, without any contracted form:
She went to the market. => She did not go to the market. They began running. => They did not begin running. He listened to the teacher. => He did not listen to the teacher.
5) Turn the verb only into the negative form without any contracted form, but mind the tense:
I play with my sister. => I do not play with my sister. She did her homework. => She did not do her homework. He feels happy. => He does not feel happy.
6) Complete with a relative pronoun except -that-:
He is the man who came yesterday. Do you know the book which I read last Sunday? The man, who is in the car, is my uncle.
7) Complete with much or many:
We can see many birds in the sky. There is not much butter left. He drinks too much alcohol.
8) Complete with for or since:
He has been waiting here since two o’clock. They have played football for two hours. They have been married for a long time.
9)Complete with the adjective in the superlative, don't forget the article :
This book is interesting. => This book is the most interesting . The blue dress is cheap. => The blue dress is the cheapest . That exercise is easy. => That exercise is the easiest .
10) Complete with the right preposition:
He went to Australia last year. He has been living in London for ten years. She arrived at school late.
11)Turn the sentences into the simple future: She goes to Paris in June. she will go to Paris in June .
He can swim for a long time. He will be able to swim for a long time. . Walking on the grass is prohibited. Walking on the grass will be prohibited. .
12)Ask the right question about the underlined words:
Daddy comes back home at 8.00 pm. Who comes back home at 8.00 pm? The train leaves at 6.00 pm . What time does the train leave? ? She left yesterday . when did she leave ?
